Patrick Martin
Patrick Martin is a construction founder-operator and enterprise technology executive with more than a decade of experience across contracting, restoration, estimating, project delivery, sales, and operations. He owns and operates East West Contractors and is a licensed Public Adjuster. Across his career, Patrick has managed or processed more than $30 million in residential and commercial construction revenue. At East West Resources, he led go-to-market for an enterprise safety platform and secured multi-year agreements with regional and national health systems. At Remodlr AI, Patrick leads product strategy, professional workflow design, commercialization, and market development—translating real project pressure into software construction professionals can trust and use.

Nicholas Hruch
Nicholas Hruch is an electrical engineer and software technical lead with more than 15 years of experience across defense cybersecurity, regulated medical technology, distributed software, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI. He has built and modernized mission-critical systems for U.S. defense environments, co-founded a software consultancy, and contributed to an FDA-cleared Class II medical device. At Remodlr AI, Nicholas leads platform architecture and engineering across document processing, knowledge systems, multi-model orchestration, organization and project infrastructure, usage controls, security, and production reliability—bringing regulated engineering rigor to construction intelligence.
