Remodlr.ai (“Remodlr,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides construction documentation and decision-support tools, including structured scope and documentation outputs (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our website or use our Services.

This policy applies to information collected through:

  • our website (including pages hosted on Webflow), and
  • Remodlr’s Services, including workflows that accept user inputs (text, files, photos, PDFs, measurements) and produce structured outputs.

A. Information you provide

  • Contact information (name, email, phone) if you contact us, request a pilot, submit forms, or create an account.
  • Billing information if you subscribe (payment is typically handled by our payment processor; we generally receive limited billing metadata, not full card numbers).
  • User Content: any text, images, PDFs, measurements, notes, job details, and other materials you upload or submit through the Services.

B. Information collected automatically

  • Usage data (pages viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type).
  • Cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and performance.

C. Information from third parties

  • If you use integrated tools (e.g., payment providers, analytics), we may receive limited metadata related to your use of those services.

3) How we use information

We use information to:

  • Provide and operate the Services (including generating outputs from your inputs).
  • Maintain and improve reliability, structure, formatting consistency, and product performance.
  • Support customers, respond to inquiries, and provide onboarding.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.

4) How AI processing works (important)

When you submit User Content, the Services may process that content using:

  • Remodlr systems, and
  • third-party service providers, including AI model providers, to generate outputs.

These providers process information only to provide services to us (e.g., compute outputs), subject to their own terms and security measures.

Practical note: Do not upload sensitive information you do not want processed by third parties (e.g., SSNs, full financial account numbers, or highly confidential documents) unless you have explicit authorization and a clear need.

5) How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with:

  • Service providers / subprocessors (hosting, analytics, customer support, communications, payment processing, and AI processing) to run the Services.
  • Professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed.
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights/safety.
  • Business transfers (merger, acquisition, financing, asset sale), where information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

12) Construction / compliance boundary (risk notice)

Remodlr provides documentation and decision-support assistance. Outputs may reference codes/standards/manufacturer guidance for verification support only. Always verify permit, code, and inspection requirements with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) and use licensed professionals for regulated work. We do not guarantee approvals, inspections, or outcomes.
